∙ Professional and Academic History: Current and former institutional affiliations, current or previous employers, job titles, educational background and field of studies, professional certifications or memberships, and language proficiencies.

 

∙ Demographic Data: To the extent permitted by law and voluntarily disclosed, which may include sensitive personal information or information about protected classifications, such as but not limited to information regarding age, gender, race, sexual orientation, or veteran status. Geolocation Information, such as your city, state, province or region, and country.

 

∙ Health Information: Data provided to accommodate accessibility requirements or dietary restrictions.

 

∙ Multimedia and User Content: Audio-visual recordings, such as your voice and likeness as captured in photographs, video, or audio recordings if you attend our events, visit our offices, or leave us a voicemail, and content generated by you on our social media platforms or  other forums on NLFPC  Digital Services. Preferences, such as your stated interests, how frequently you wish to receive our newsletters, or other communications.

∙ Technical Analysis and Tracking Technologies: A portion of the Device and Interaction Information collected is utilized for critical technical analysis. This processing is strictly necessary to maintain the core functionality of our platforms, optimize system performance, and safeguard our Digital Services against unauthorized access or cyber-security threats. Any analytical processing beyond these essential operational requirements is contingent upon your prior, explicit consent.

∙ Social Media Interactivity: Information, such as name, telephone number, postal or e-mail address, social media identifiers, and device and mobile advertising identifiers,  may be acquired when you engage with NLFPC-administered content or interact with our profiles on social media networks,or user content you post on social media or publications or make available online. ∙ Publicly Available Repositories: We may aggregate information from public domains, including search engine results, professional publications, regulatory filings, and public-facing social media profiles. Data available via search engines, publications, and professional social media profiles.

 

While our Digital Services provide links to various social media platforms, N:LPC is not responsible for the data processing activities of those providers Your social media data will not be processed during your visit to this website.  We have no influence on the processing of your data when you use social media as it is the sole responsibility of the social media providers.

We do not disclose identifiable data to third parties for their independent use unless authorized by the client, directed by the client, required for legal compliance, or as delineated within this Notice.

Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.
